‘No Weld’ Solution for Home Builder
LNA Solutions created a design to connect the basement columns to the main beams and beam to beam connections within all the homes they build.
They currently have two crews working on these connections and build approx 2500-3000 homes per year. This application has reduced the requirement for field welding also the builder's insurance company insisted they find an alternative to welding after the welders burnt down two homes during construction a few years ago!
