Barnes Foundation Museum Stone Facade Support

Barnes Foundation Museum Stone Facade Support

The Barnes Foundation Museum in Philadelphia is a very high profile project and is estimated at upwards of a billion dollars.  The museum will house the collection of  Dr. Albert Barnes.

Upwards of around 4000 of our cavity connectors were used to support the stone facade of the building, this was done by securing steel brackets to the main tube steel structure.

The stone was specially imported from Israel to provide the aesthetic look that you can see in the pictures, the building is due to open in the spring/summer of 2012.
